Position: Commis 2 / Commis 3 – Kitchen Staff
Department: Kitchen Operations
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily kitchen preparation and cooking activities.
- Support senior chefs and kitchen team members during operations.
- Prepare ingredients, chopping, cutting, and basic food preparation.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Follow standard recipes and kitchen procedures.
- Ensure cleanliness of kitchen area, equipment, and workstations.
- Handle food storage properly and maintain freshness.
- Support smooth kitchen operations during busy hours.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen role preferred.
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food handling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Good teamwork and discipline.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Experience: 1–3 years (preferred)

Salary: Based on experience
Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹24,500.00 per month
