The Admin Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations of the dealership. This role supports various departments including sales, service, and accounts by managing office facilities, documentation, vendor coordination, and compliance activities.
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the dealership
- Maintain office cleanliness and coordinate housekeeping staff
- Handle office supplies, stationery, and inventory control
- Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and facilities
- Ensure proper functioning of utilities (electricity, internet, water, etc.)
- Maintain all administrative records, files, and registers
- Handle courier, dispatch, and incoming/outgoing correspondence
- Coordinate with vendors for office requirements and services
- Process purchase requests and verify vendor bills
- Support HR in employee onboarding and documentation
- Assist sales and service departments with administrative needs
- Arrange meetings, training programs, and internal events
- Maintain compliance records and ensure company policy adherence
- Monitor security systems and coordinate with security staff
- Ensure timely completion of admin-related tasks and reporting
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
