We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Senior Developer with specialized expertise in Marketing Cloud & Sales Cloud to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Senior Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements and enhance customer engagement across marketing, sales, and service processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, along with a deep understanding of cloud-based solutions that drive customer success.
Job Location - Pune
- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Customize Salesforce applications using declarative tools such as Process Builder, Flows, and Lightning App Builder.
- Create and manage custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, and validation rules.
- Configure and customize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to automate campaigns, manage customer journeys, and leverage segmentation for personalized marketing experiences.
- Develop and manage email templates, email campaigns, and automation workflows in Marketing Cloud.
- Integrate Marketing Cloud with other Salesforce clouds and external systems for seamless data flow.
- Design and implement solutions for sales teams, including custom objects, reports, dashboards, and automation processes within Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand sales processes and create solutions that improve sales performance and pipeline management.
- Implement and optimize lead management, opportunity tracking, and forecasting within Sales Cloud.
- Work with external systems and APIs to integrate Salesforce with third-party tools (e.g., ERP, external marketing platforms, analytics tools).
- Implement Salesforce Data Loader and other data migration tools to manage data import/export activities.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce solutions.
- Follow Salesforce best practices for development, testing, and deployment, ensuring scalable and efficient solutions.
- Contribute to code reviews, training, and knowledge-sharing activities to improve the team’s overall capability.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing Salesforce applications.
- Monitor system performance and resolve issues to ensure uptime and optimal performance.
