We are looking for a highly skilled Google Ads Manager to manage and scale paid advertising campaigns for our international fashion eCommerce brand. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience driving online sales through Google Ads and a strong understanding of eCommerce growth strategies.
Mandatory: Candidates must have hands-on experience running Google Ads for international clothing/fashion eCommerce brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube.
- Drive profitable growth by improving ROAS, reducing CPA, and increasing conversions.
- Manage Google Merchant Center, product feeds, and Shopping Ads.
- Implement and optimize conversion tracking using Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Perform keyword research, audience targeting, remarketing, and competitor analysis.
- Conduct A/B testing for ads, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
- Work closely with the creative, content, and eCommerce teams to improve campaign performance.
- Stay up to date with Google Ads updates, AI-powered features, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Mandatory experience running Google Ads for international clothing/fashion brands.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Looker Studio.
- Experience managing medium to high advertising budgets with a focus on maximizing ROAS.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of Shopping Ads, Performance Max, Search Ads, Display Ads, YouTube Ads, and remarketing.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Google Ads Certification is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record of scaling revenue for international eCommerce businesses.
- Experience working with global markets including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude to enhance campaign performance and productivity.
