Team Leader - US Recruitment Band – 6
Location- Mumbai
Knowledge/Skills required:Minimum 10 - 12 years of recruiting or sourcing experience in the US Market
Experience with recruiting or sourcing for Financial/Insurance Domain
Leading Sourcing and Screening full TA stack teams of varied roles ranging from Low to Mid, Mid to High, and Executive roles across different organizations/business units
Excellent oral and written communication skills, an ability to multitask, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work and lead teams.
Should be ready to work on the night shift.
Should have a fair knowledge of ATS (iCIMS, Job Diva, Success Factor, CareerBuilder, Indeed, etc.)
Good operational knowledge of sourcing methodologies and tools like Eightfold will be an added advantage.
