Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring long-term business partnerships.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with company objectives.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including lead generation, prospecting, presentations, proposal creation, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive insights, and new growth opportunities.
- Create and manage a robust sales pipeline through networking, referrals, outbound outreach, and industry events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project handover and client satisfaction.
- Drive account growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client portfolios.
- Track sales performance, prepare forecasts, and achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Represent the organization professionally in client meetings, conferences, and business networking events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 6+ years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition, preferably in the IT Services industry.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and business growth targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience handling enterprise clients and engaging with senior decision-makers.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, market research, and business strategy.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, and sales prospecting platforms.
- Willingness to work from the Ahmedabad office and travel for client meetings when required.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
