JJob Summary
We are a Hisar-based visa consultancy firm expanding to Sirsa, looking for a smart and confident Receptionist cum Telecaller. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of visa services and be comfortable handling front desk duties along with inbound/outbound calling for lead follow-up and client queries.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk / Reception:
- Greet walk-in clients and guide them about visa services offered
- Manage appointments, maintain client files and daily visitor records
- Handle client documentation — collect, organize, and track visa application files
- Coordinate with the visa team for application status updates to clients
Telecalling / Lead Management:
- Make outbound calls to inquiries generated through social media, ads, or referrals
- Follow up consistently with interested leads for study visa, tourist visa, PR, etc.
- Explain basic visa processes and services to prospects and convert leads to appointments
- Maintain a call log/CRM with inquiry details, follow-up dates, and outcomes
General:
- Handle WhatsApp, email, and phone inquiries promptly
- Assist seniors with coordination and office documentation
- Ensure client confidentiality and handle documents responsibly
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1–2 years of experience in a visa/immigration consultancy OR telecalling role preferred
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English required
- Confident, presentable, and client-friendly attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets)
- Local candidate from Sirsa or nearby preferred
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
