Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Team Lead to lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, and ensure achievement of business targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capabilities with proven experience in managing and developing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and performance feedback.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain client relationships.
- Track sales pipeline, conversions, and team performance reports.
- Conduct regular review meetings and ensure KPI achievement.
- Hire, train, and onboard new sales team members.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of overall sales experience.
- Minimum 3 years of Team Handling experience is mandatory.
- Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and people management skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working on CRM tools will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
