- Drive business growth by generating revenue through corporate, institutional, community, and partnership channels.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, field outreach, and relationship-building activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, HR teams, community groups, associations, and other key stakeholders.
- Generate qualified leads, conduct client meetings, prepare proposals, negotiate, and close business opportunities.
- Plan and execute marketing activations, promotional campaigns, and engagement initiatives to increase customer acquisition and footfall.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized client experiences and group events.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless execution of customized experiences when required.
- Support end-to-end execution of events and customer engagements to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Develop initiatives to enhance customer retention, repeat business, and long-term partnerships.
- Track business performance, maintain sales pipelines, and achieve assigned revenue and growth targets.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per month
