Job Title - Site Engineer / Supervisor
Department - Architecture
Reports to - Team Leader
Job Description
1. Checking building demarcation on site
2. Checking Centre line marking
3. Checking dimensions of form work
4. Checking for plinth and open space / margins
5. Supervise execution of project/s on site and ensure it confirms with the working drawings
6. Discuss with project team regarding challenges in the execution
7. Inform the Team leader regarding any deviations
8. Check the quality of formwork and support system.
9. Educating contractors, in case of re-working.
10. Monitor all points as per the specification checklist for all the stages of the ongoing project.
11. Coordinating with the client / contractor team on site
12. Preparing site report
13. Informing Accounts regarding the site visit
14. Quantity checking for bill verification
15. Overall check on site and site activities
