We are seeking a Medical Officer I to join our operations team. This role involves reviewing and verifying patient medical records, preparing detailed reports, and supporting healthcare lien resolution and claims administration projects.
Position Details

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and summarize medical records for settlement projects
- Interpret clinical data using medical terminology and diagnosis
- Prepare chronologies, timelines, summaries, and medical opinions
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Report daily productivity and quality to the Medical Team Lead
Skills & Abilities
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical review
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe tools
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and self‑motivated
Qualifications
- MBBS graduates (freshers welcome)
- BHMS/BAMS graduates with minimum 2 years of experience in insurance claims processing
