Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, well-groomed, and customer-focused Guest Relationship Executive to join our hospitality team in Udaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience by welcoming guests, addressing their needs, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and other hospitality services.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Build positive relationships with guests to ensure a memorable experience.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, food & beverage, and other departments to fulfill guest requirements.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Maintain accurate guest records and service reports.
- Ensure the reception and guest areas remain clean, organized, and presentable.
- Promote hotel facilities, services, and special offers to guests.
- Follow company policies and maintain high standards of professionalism.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or any relevant field.
- 0–3 years of experience in hospitality, hotels, resorts, or customer service.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and hotel management software is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
