We are looking for a well-presented and confident Studio Manager to manage the sales floor efficiently and ensure a pleasant experience for all customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining order, assisting customers, and coordinating with the sales team to achieve smooth floor operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily floor operations and ensure smooth customer flow.
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly attitude.
- Understand customer needs and direct them to the appropriate salesperson.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and product display on the floor.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly.
- Coordinate with sales and support staff for effective service delivery.
- Report daily floor activities and customer feedback to management.
