Position: Service Engineer (Fresher)
Qualification: Diploma/ITI
Preferred Background: Technical / Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in installation, commissioning, and servicing of equipment.
- Support preventive maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
- Attend customer sites and provide technical assistance under guidance.
- Prepare service reports and maintain documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.
- Learn product knowledge and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Skills Required:
- Basic technical knowledge and strong analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel and learn new technologies.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Experience: Freshers are welcome. Training will be provided.
