Job Responsibilities
- Attend customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and enquiries professionally.
- Record and maintain all customer enquiries in the Sales Tracker Sheet.
- Prepare and send quotations based on customer requirements.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers by explaining products and services effectively.
- Develop strong product knowledge and stay updated on new products and offers.
- Generate invoices and ensure bills are provided physically and through WhatsApp after sales.
- Handle customer payments, including cash, card payments, bank transfers, and financing options.
- Coordinate and update customer service and warranty-related cases in the Service & Warranty Tracking Sheet.
- Support team operations by assisting with important tasks during colleagues' absence whenever required.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales support.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, customer service, or retail sales is preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
