Document Quality Specialist
A Document Quality Specialist bridges the gap between initial drafts and final deliverables. This role serves as the final quality control layer, ensuring that all company records, technical reports, and client submissions are accurately formatted, legally compliant, and delivered on time to meet organizational commitments.
Core Responsibilities
Quality Control & Review
- Proofread and review documents to verify data accuracy, eliminate typographical errors, and ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Perform thorough quality checks to maintain consistency, completeness, and professionalism across all documentation.
Document Formatting
- Standardize fonts, spacing, pagination, headings, section numbering, tables, graphics, and layouts in accordance with established corporate style guides and templates.
- Ensure documents are visually consistent, accessible, and presentation-ready.
Deadline & Workflow Management
- Coordinate document review cycles, approvals, and sign-offs with relevant stakeholders.
- Track project milestones and document status to ensure all deliverables are finalized and submitted within established deadlines.
Version Control
- Maintain accurate version histories and revision records.
- Ensure that only the latest approved versions of documents are distributed and accessible to authorized team members.
Database & Records Management
- Organize, classify, index, and archive both physical and electronic documents for efficient retrieval and audit readiness.
- Maintain document repositories in accordance with company retention policies.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Serve as the primary point of contact between departments such as Legal, Compliance, Engineering, and Operations to gather required information, coordinate document updates, and obtain necessary approvals.
- Facilitate effective communication throughout the document lifecycle.
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in presentation design.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint; familiarity with Excel for data import.
- Strong eye for graphic design principles: typography, color theory, alignment, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent English communication for client interactions; ability to work in Chennai time zone (IST).
- Any Graduate degree.
- Permanent Night shift and Local candidates from Chennai.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Designing services, fintech.
- Knowledge of Arabic for regional client decks is a plus.
- Basic video editing/animation for dynamic slides.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
