We're looking for an Aesthetician who can combine strong clinical/procedural knowledge with the ability to counsel and convert clients into treatment plans. This is a client-facing role — you'll assess skin/hair concerns, recommend the right treatment path, perform or oversee procedures, and close the sale on packages and combos.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct client consultations — assess skin, hair, and body concerns and recommend suitable treatments
- Perform or supervise aesthetic procedures (skin, hair, weight-loss treatments) as per protocol
- Explain treatment plans, expected outcomes, and pricing clearly to build client trust
- Convert consultations into treatment package sales and combo bookings
- Maintain treatment records, before/after documentation, and follow-up schedules
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and clinical protocols are followed at all times
- Coordinate with the counselling/sales team on upselling relevant add-on services
- Stay updated on new aesthetic treatment techniques and product lines
Who can apply:
- MBBS or BDS preferred; candidates with a certified aesthetics/cosmetology qualification and strong procedural experience will also be considered
- Sound knowledge of aesthetic treatments (skin, hair, body/weight-loss procedures)
- Proven ability to counsel clients and close treatment package sales — this is not a purely clinical role
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English
- Presentable, client-friendly, and comfortable with target-driven incentive pay
- Prior experience in a salon, clinic, or aesthetic center is a strong plus
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000/month (based on qualification and experience) + performance incentives on treatment sales
