Job Title : Inside Sales Executive - Export

Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive export sales through outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email outreach
- Acquire and manage international B2B accounts (dealers, distributors, retailers)
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle (lead pitch negotiation closure delivery follow-up)
- Build repeat business and account growth through cross-sell/upsell
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline tracking
- Ensure collections and payment follow-ups as per policy
- Achieve revenue, conversion, and retention targets
- Provide market insights on pricing, demand, and competition
- Support campaigns and promotions for export business growth
- Ensure compliance with export and pharma norms
Requisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field
- Experience in inside sales / telesales (pharma export / B2B preferred)
- Strong phone selling, negotiation, and closing skills
- Understanding of export markets and distributor networks
- Familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and WhatsApp workflows
- Ability to manage high-volume calling and sales targets
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Self-driven with strong execution and follow-up discipline
