About the Role Lead and deliver strategic projects across various domains, managing them end-to-end to achieve objectives and success measures. The role involves gathering business requirements, managing stakeholders, and identifying opportunities for automation and process optimization. Success in this role means delivering projects that meet scope, timelines, risks, and budget expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver strategic projects across asset management, maintenance, supply chain, or retail operations domains.
- Manage projects end-to-end, including scope, timelines, risks, budgets, objectives, and success measures.
- Gather and analyse business requirements, prepare functional specifications, and recommend process improvements.
- Manage suppliers, Full Times, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process optimisation, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Manage projects using Agile, waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, create functional specifications, and implement process improvements.
- Utilize tools such as MS Project, Azure DevOps, JIRA, SAP, or similar platforms.
- Apply strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Possess 8–10 years of experience in Business Analysis and Project Management roles.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Have a Master’s degree or relevant certifications.
- Obtain PMP or equivalent project management certification for an added advantage.
