Alluring Monks Private Limited is looking for a creative, detail oriented and highly responsible Graphic Designer to join our team immediately.
Work Mode: Remote
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Joining: Immediate
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and skill set)
Requirements:
- Prior experience working in a marketing agency or creative agency preferred
- Should be capable of independently handling 5–6 client accounts simultaneously
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layouts, color theory and visual storytelling
- Ability to create premium and engaging social media creatives, branding materials, ad creatives, presentations and marketing assets
- Deadline driven with strong time management skills
- Punctual, responsible and proactive in communication
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple projects efficiently
- Ability to take feedback and convert ideas into impactful visuals
- Strong attention to detail and consistency across brands
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative work
Tools & Skills Required:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Canva
- Figma
- AI design tools and creative workflow tools
- Motion graphics and video editing knowledge is an added advantage
Responsibilities:
- Design social media creatives and ad campaigns
- Create branding and marketing materials
- Work closely with content and marketing teams
- Handle multiple client projects independently
- Develop high quality visual concepts for clients across industries
- Maintain brand consistency and deliver work within deadlines
