KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Quality Assurance & Control
Review quality performance reports from all production stages
- Develop and implement quality assurance standards and procedures.
- Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products.
- Ensure Compliance with ISO and other quality frameworks.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor inspection effectiveness and efficiency
- Quality Improvement
- Identify areas of process inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
- Lead root cause analysis for recurring quality issues
- Apply 5 why analysis for improvement.
- Support Product validation and verification activities
- Plan and execute monthly performance reviews
- Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and maintain quality reports, audit records, and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and customer specifications
- Create inspection checklists and testing.
- Ensure data accuracy and validation in all quality reporting
- Standardize inspection methods across all verticals.
- Review and update existing procedures regularly
- Training and Development
- Develop training curriculum and materials for quality procedures
- Schedule and oversee quality training sessions
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments
- Update training content based on identified needs
- Create training assessment tools and evaluation methods
- Maintain comprehensive training records and track completion
- Cross functional Collaboration
- Work with design, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.
- Provide training and guidance on quality standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with suppliers for quality assurance in incoming and outgoing materials.
- Problem Solving & Risk Management
- Investigate product failures, non-confirmities, and customer complaints.
- Develop preventive measures to minimize recurrence.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
Qualification & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or related field)
- 2-5 years Proven Experience as a Quality Engineer in manufacturing/production.
- Knowledge of ISO standards, Lean, SPC, and QA tools.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in quality management systems(QMS) and MS Office.
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic

- Full-time, Monday through Saturday
- Standard office hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
