Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Inventory Analyst to oversee inventory management, supply chain logistics, shipment coordination, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing inventory across multiple locations, coordinating international shipments, and ensuring accurate inventory records throughout the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage inventory levels across warehouses and distribution centers to ensure stock accuracy and availability.
- Analyze inventory trends, stock movements, and replenishment requirements to minimize shortages and excess inventory.
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments
- Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documentation including Bills of Lading (BOL), commercial invoices, packing lists, customs documents, and shipment records.
- Manage inventory transactions and shipment activities through ERP systems and client portals.
- Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and proactively resolve shipping delays or discrepancies.
- Reconcile inventory data between warehouses, ERP systems, and customer portals.
- Generate inventory reports, stock forecasts, shipment tracking reports, and supply chain performance metrics.
- Support warehouse operations including receiving, storage, cycle counts, inventory audits, picking, packing, and fulfillment processes.
- Analyze supply chain performance and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, shipments, purchase orders, and logistics documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and international shipping regulations
Required Qualifications
- Experience in inventory management, supply chain operations, logistics, or warehouse management.
- Strong experience with inventory control, stock reconciliation, and inventory reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, reporting, and data analysis.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, warehouse operations, and fulfillment workflows.
- Experience handling shipping documentation and logistics coordination.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
