Job Overview:
The YouTube Script Writer will be responsible for crafting compelling, high-retension scripts specifically for B2B and coaching YouTube channels. This is primarily a script-writing role with strategic responsibilities. You will be the creative force behind scripts that educate, engage, and convert b2b audiences while also contributing to channel growth strategy. The ideal candidate excels at transforming complex coaching concepts into clear, engaging narratives that resonate with professional audiences and drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write high-quality, engaging scripts specifically for B2B YouTube content
- Craft powerful hooks that capture the attention of target audience
- Structure scripts for maximum retention using proven frameworks tailored for B2B audiences
- Translate complex concepts into clear, digestible, and engaging narratives that maintain professional credibility
- Write compelling CTAs that drive business actions: subscriptions, lead generation, consultation bookings, and community engagement
- Conduct thorough research on business topics, industry trends, competitor content, and target audience pain points
- Adapt writing style and tone to match different coaching and B2B client brands while maintaining professional authenticity
- Revise and refine scripts based on client feedback and performance analytics
- Analyze YouTube Analytics to understand what content resonates with target audiences and adjust script approaches accordingl
- Stay updated on B2B YouTube trends, successful B2B channels, and best practices in business content creation
Qualifications:
- Proven experience writing scripts for B2B YouTube channels (portfolio with B2B samples mandatory)
- Exceptional storytelling ability with focus on business audiences, coaches, and professional niches
- Deep understanding of B2B buyer psychology, decision-making processes, and what drives engagement in professional content
- Strong command of English with excellent grammar and ability to simplify complex business topics
- Knowledge of YouTube retention strategies and what makes B2B content perform well
