Title: Real Estate Telemarketer/sales assistant
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and schedule appointments for real estate agents.
- Qualify leads based on their interest and potential to buy or sell properties.
- Provide information about real estate services, properties, and market conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and clients to nurture relationships and drive sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align on lead quality and conversion strategies.
Qualifications:
- diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in real estate fresher also can apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and overcome resistance.
- Familiarity with CRM software and telemarketing tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
