We aim to provide structured classroom learning in an interactive virtual environment. We are hiring online school teachers for classroom teaching who can conduct structured, curriculum-based live classes in a virtual classroom setup.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct live online classroom sessions as per the school schedule for grade 1 to 6
2. Follow structured curriculum and academic guidelines
3. Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments
4. Maintain classroom discipline and engagement
5. Track and evaluate student progress
6. Provide feedback to students and parents when required
7. Coordinate with the academic and operations team

Work shifts (IST):
1. Morning Shift: 10:30 AM - 2:30 PM
2. Evening Shift: 8:30 PM - 12:30 AM

Class Setup (Post Selection):
1. A proper class setup is required only after the candidate is shortlisted
2. The setup includes a whiteboard, a laptop with an additional webcam, a neckband/headset, and proper lighting, Wi-Fi, and power backup.
3. The company will share whiteboard size and specifications.
Other requirements
1. Graduate/postgraduate in a relevant subject
2. Prior teaching experience preferred ( minimum 1 year experience required)
3. Strong communication and presentation skills
4. Comfortable using digital tools and online platforms
5. Passionate about teaching and student development
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
