Job description:
We are looking for a responsible and student-focused Residential Mentor to support and guide students in their academic and personal development. The ideal candidate should be able to provide individual attention, monitor student’s study progress, motivate them academically, and maintain a positive residential learning environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide personalised guidance and support to students.

Monitor student's academic progress and study schedules.

Motivate and encourage students to achieve their academic goals.

Maintain discipline and a positive atmosphere within the residential facility.

Identify students who require additional academic or emotional support and assist them appropriately.

Communicate regularly with management regarding student progress and concerns.

Support students in developing good study habits, time management, and self-discipline.
Qualification & Requirements

M.Sc. preferred.

Candidates with a Science background are encouraged to apply.

Candidates should be willing to stay on campus.

Good communication and mentoring skills.

Ability to handle and motivate students effectively.

Responsible, patient, and approachable personality.
-
Prior experience in mentoring, teaching, hostel supervision, or student support will be an added advantage.
