Job in wooden interior manufacturing involves the fabrication, assembly, and finishing of bespoke or modular wooden products (furniture, panels, cabinetry). These roles require technical knowledge of woodworking machinery, materials, and quality standards to ensure products meet design specifications and timelines.
- Need personnel for quality check, and on-time delivery of interior products. supervisors, carpenters, machine operators, and laborers to meet production targets.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on project timelines.
- Lead, motivate, and manage factory staff, including supervisors and carpenters.
- Monitor quality control at all stages: raw materials, cutting, edging, assembly, and finishing.
- Optimize production workflows using lean manufacturing techniques (5S) to reduce waste and downtime.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and site installation teams.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure proper usage of machiner
- Supervise assembly and machining of furniture, ensuring adherence to CAD drawings.
- Conduct in-process quality checks and resolve production bottlenecks.
- Operates and maintains specialized machinery (CNC routers, panel saws, edge banders) to cut and shape wood components for interiors.
- Set up and operate CNC machines for carving doors, panels, and custom furniture parts.
- Read technical drawings and CAD files to ensure precise dimensions.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns.
- Requirements: 3+ years experience in wood/modular furniture production, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in ERP/production software. ITI and other related Diploma or Degree
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
