Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end interior design projects from concept development to final execution.
- Meet clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Prepare space planning, layouts, mood boards, presentations, and design concepts.
- Develop detailed drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality execution and adherence to design intent.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Review BOQs and coordinate procurement requirements.
- Mentor and guide junior designers while ensuring design excellence.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, materials, and technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in residential and/or commercial interior projects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max/Revit, V-Ray/Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and construction detailing.
- Strong project management and client-facing skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities
