Objectives of the Role
Interpret, implement, and ensure compliance with the company’s Quality Assurance (QA) standards and procedures.
Manage complaint handling, non-conformity control, and corrective/preventive action processes through proper documentation, tracking systems, and root cause analysis.
Maintain comprehensive records of QA activities, including internal audits and quality reporting.
Develop and enhance production and design standards, establish testing protocols across all service lines, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Identify organizational training needs related to quality systems and ensure company-wide participation.
Continuously upgrade knowledge through ongoing education in emerging technologies, tools, and quality methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and supervise inspection and testing activities to ensure products meet defined specifications and customer requirements.
- Support the Operations team in monitoring, documenting, and reporting quality metrics aligned with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), environmental, health, and safety objectives and KPIs.
- Investigate customer complaints and quality-related issues to ensure timely resolution in accordance with company policies and applicable regulatory standards.
- Develop, review, and update complaint management and inspection procedures to ensure effective documentation and traceability.
- Monitor risk management processes and analyze problem logs to identify recurring issues, reporting findings to management and product development teams.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on quality assurance standards, procedures, and best practices.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Sound understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the role of QA within such frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to communicate in more than one language preferred.
- Knowledge of quality management systems, inspection techniques, and root cause analysis tools.
