Key Responsibilities:
· Business Growth: Identify and penetrate new infrastructure project sites (Power, Railways, Highways, Bridges, Tunnels, Hydro Projects, etc.) to onboard new EPC clients for cable and wiring requirements.
· Portfolio Management: Pitch the entire range of Wires & Cables—including LT/HT cables, armored/unarmored cables, and house wires—to ensure comprehensive project supply.
· Field Operations: Conduct on-site meetings with project managers, electrical contractors, purchase heads, and site engineers to understand technical material specifications.
· Travel: Maintain a strict travel regimen of 20 days/month to sites across India.
· Reporting: Track site progress and provide structured daily/weekly updates to the management team regarding site status, electrical procurement timelines, and competitor activity.
Candidate Profile:
· Mandatory Experience: Minimum 2 years specifically in the Wires and Cables industry.
· Client Base: Strong existing rapport or ability to network with EPC Contractors and electrical consultants.
· Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and ready for the rigors of frequent air/rail/road travel and active site visits.
Education: Graduate, a Technical background or Electrical/Civil Engineering is a significant plus but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
