Role Overview
We are looking for a Brand Manager who can elevate Novella’s digital identity, manage content, and build a consistent luxury presence across all platforms. This role demands someone highly creative, disciplined, and strong in visual communication — someone who understands luxury aesthetics and can translate them into powerful brand expressions.
The Brand Manager will work across social media, design, content strategy, collaborations, and client-facing storytelling to maintain Novella’s position as a leading luxury wedding brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow Novella’s presence across Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Design brand communication creatives, carousels, moodboards, reels covers, and visual layouts using Canva (mandatory).
- Build and execute weekly/monthly social media calendars aligned with luxury storytelling.
- Curate content from weddings, shoots, BTS, reels, and testimonials for platform posting.
- Work closely with photographers, cinematographers, and editors to repurpose content.
- Maintain brand consistency, tone, color palette, and aesthetic across all visuals.
- Track engagement, insights, and growth metrics, and refine strategies accordingly.
- Identify opportunities for luxury collaborations, influencer tie-ups, and PR features.
- Support the founder in brand presentations, decks, and strategic creative requirements.
- Work with the communication team to create meaningful brand stories and emotional narratives.
- Ensure timely posting, brand discipline, and high-quality visual standards.
- Ideate unique creative concepts, trends, and storytelling formats for social media.
- Stay updated with global design trends, wedding aesthetics, and luxury content styles.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Canva (mandatory).
- Experience in social media management, digital content creation, or brand design.
- Understanding of luxury aesthetics, color harmony, typography, and visual structure.
- Ability to design moodboards, Instagram grids, banners, stories, and brand assets.
- Excellent communication skills and creative storytelling sense.
- Ability to handle deadlines, dynamic planning, and content pressure during wedding season.
- Knowledge of Instagram analytics, content insights, and growth strategy.
- Passion for weddings, design, luxury visuals, and digital branding.
- Open to travel for shoots, content creation, and brand events.
