Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the marketing team to ensure timely execution of campaigns
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Plan and oversee content calendars, content creation, and social media management
- Coordinate with the required marketing agencies
- Manage cross-functional coordination with sales, design, and other stakeholders
- Oversee performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, and marketing ROI
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing or Brand Management
- Strong understanding of Performance Marketing (Meta Ads & Google Ads)
- Experience in content strategy, social media management, and campaign planning
- Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational abilities
- Experience in the real estate industry is preferred
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
