1. Professor / Principal
- Oversee academic and administrative functions of the college.
- Lead curriculum planning, research, and faculty development.
- Supervise teaching standards and ensure regulatory compliance (INC/University).
- Represent the college in academic councils, inspections, and official meetings.
2. Associate Professor / Vice-Principal
- Assist in managing academics and administration.
- Supervise departmental faculty and academic schedules.
- Guide students in research, projects, and dissertations.
- Conduct lectures, seminars, and training programs.
3. Assistant Professor / Lecturer
- Plan and deliver classroom and clinical teaching as per syllabus.
- Conduct internal assessments and maintain student records.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and evaluation papers.
- Mentor students and support academic and professional development.
4. Tutor / Clinical Instructor
- Demonstrate nursing and paramedical procedures during practical sessions.
- Supervise students during clinical postings.
- Maintain attendance, skill evaluation, and progress reports.
- Ensure patient safety and discipline during training.
General Responsibilities for All Teaching Staff
- Maintain academic quality, punctuality, and professionalism.
- Engage in research, publications, and faculty development programs.
- Participate in college committees, seminars, and community outreach.
- Uphold ethical standards and promote student discipline.
