Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of application issues.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of system updates and patches to maintain optimal performance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with IT Infrastructure Operations.
- Strong understanding of server management, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Ability to monitor system health and performance to proactively address potential issues.
- Experience in troubleshooting complex software and hardware problems within enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
