Researck Software Solutions is a software development company based in Changanassery, expanding into training with the launch of 3 new software courses. We're looking for a driven Placement Coordinator Officer to build strong relationships with nearby colleges and drive student enrollments.
Role Overview
As Placement Coordinator Officer, you'll be responsible for reaching out to colleges in nearby districts, building tie-ups, and promoting our software courses to students — converting interest into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and visit colleges in Alappuzha, Pathanamthitta, and Kottayam districts
- Build and maintain relationships with college placement cells, HODs, and faculty
- Arrange presentations, seminars, and awareness sessions about our software courses
- Promote and market the courses directly to students on campus
- Coordinate enrollment drives and follow up with interested students
- Track outreach activity and meet enrollment targets
- Maintain long-term relationships with colleges for repeat engagement
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1.5+ years of industrial/on-the-job experience in marketing or sales (internship experience will not be considered)
- Age: 20 – 38 years
- Location preference: Candidates residing in or near Alappuzha, Pathanamthitta, or Kottayam districts only
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven with a go-getter attitude
- Comfortable with cold outreach, calls, and field visits
- Two-wheeler and valid license preferred (for local college visits)
