Job Title: GTM Engineer (Go-To-Market Engineer)
Team: Go-To-Market / Growth
Company: Vegam Solutions - AI Intime
Location: Bangalore, India
Experience: 0–2 years
Type: Full-time
About Vegam Solutions
Vegam Solutions is an enterprise technology company with over 20 years of experience serving the world's manufacturers, with solutions deployed across 300+ plants in more than 60 countries. We build software that helps complex, regulated manufacturing operations run better.
About AI Intime
AI Intime is Vegam's sovereign, on-premises enterprise AI platform, purpose-built for regulated manufacturing. It brings the power of modern AI to industries where data cannot leave the building - specialty chemicals, coatings, adhesives, aerospace, and pharmaceuticals.
What makes AI Intime different:
- Fully sovereign and air-gapped. The entire platform runs on-premises, allowing manufacturers to use advanced AI while meeting strict data confidentiality and OEM contractual requirements that rule out cloud-based tools.
- Synthesis, not just search. Rather than returning documents, the platform reasons across multiple files and systems to answer real operational questions, using a full agentic framework with chat, voice, and video interfaces.
- Flexible and future-proof. AI Intime is model-agnostic, so customers are never locked into a single AI vendor.
The platform powers use cases such as compressing lengthy product qualification cycles, capturing the knowledge of retiring senior experts, and giving shop-floor teams instant, hands-free access to information. Our customers are large, regulated manufacturers who serve the world's leading automotive and aerospace brands.
You will be joining the team that builds the tools and momentum behind bringing this platform to market.
About the Role
Our sales and marketing teams operate at pace and rely on custom tools to do their best work - lead research automations, outreach workflows, dashboards, demo artifacts, and internal applications. As a GTM Engineer, you will be the bridge between our commercial teams and the tools that power them.
You will take a requirement from a non-technical stakeholder and turn it into a working tool quickly. This role suits someone analytical, resourceful, and skilled at building with modern AI-assisted development tools. It is a builder role rather than a traditional software engineering role, and we welcome candidates from any academic background who can demonstrate the ability to turn ideas into working software.
What You'll Do
- Translate requirements from sales and marketing teams into working tools
- Build and ship internal web applications, dashboards, and automations, from prototype to production
- Configure and extend our GTM technology stack, including CRM and prospecting tools.
- Build AI-powered tools using LLM APIs such as Claude and Gemini
- Own your tools end to end - deploy them, gather feedback, and improve them over time
- Collaborate closely with sales representatives and founders in a fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline - BBA, BTech, BCA, or equivalent
- 0–2 years of experience; prior experience in sales or business development is not required
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear, buildable components
- Proficiency in rapid prototyping using modern AI-assisted development tools (for example, Claude, Cursor, v0, Replit, or Lovable)
- A bias for action and a track record of delivering working solutions
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with non-technical stakeholders and identify their underlying needs
- Teamwork and collaboration - a genuine team player who can work effectively with remote teams across Europe and the US
- Familiarity with the modern web stack (Next.js/React, APIs) and deployment platforms.
- Evidence of tools or projects you have built independently
Preferred Qualifications
- A portfolio of self-built tools, with live links, a GitHub profile, or demonstrations. This is a significant advantage.
- Foundational coding knowledge or computer science fundamentals. Not required, but a strong plus.
- Data skills, including SQL, scripting, or dashboard development
- Familiarity with manufacturing, enterprise, or regulated industries
How to Apply
Please submit your resume along with a portfolio of your work. We are particularly interested in tools or projects you have built independently, so we encourage you to include:
- Live links or a short video walkthrough of one or two tools you have built
- A link to your GitHub profile, if available
- A brief note describing a requirement you translated into a working tool
Pay: From ₹250,000.00 per year
