Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Service Engineer for our Surat location. The candidate will be responsible for installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of textile dyeing and finishing machinery at customer sites.
RBE is engaged in manufacturing textile dyeing, finishing, and automation machines with a strong service network across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation and commissioning of machines at customer sites
- Breakdown maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical/electronic systems
- Preventive maintenance and AMC support
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely service support
- Coordinate with internal technical and service teams
- Prepare service reports and maintain documentation
- Support customers with machine operation and basic training
- Travel within assigned region for service activities
Required Skills
1. Willing to travel all over Gujarat and as & when needed outside Gujarat.1
2. Staying in & around Surat
Preferred candidate profile:
1.Electrical ITI/Diploma
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
