We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team at Active Tech Furniture Store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and delivering an excellent in-store experience while promoting our range of modern and tech-enabled furniture products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture solutions
- Demonstrate product features, especially tech-enabled furniture (e.g., smart desks, ergonomic chairs, modular setups)
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals and trends
- Handle billing, invoicing, and basic POS operations
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide after-sales support
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably furniture or electronics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of technology products is an advantage
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Good presentation and negotiation skills
