Position Title: Registered Nursing Assistant
Job Summary:
A Registered Nursing Assistant provides direct patient care and support under the supervision of registered nurses and other healthcare professionals. The ANM assists patients with daily living activities, monitors patient conditions, and helps maintain a safe, comfortable, and compassionate healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and respiration.
- Observe patient conditions and report any changes to nursing staff.
- Assist with patient mobility, transfers, and positioning.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Support infection control and safety procedures.
- Prepare patient rooms and equipment for care and treatment.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
- Assist nurses and healthcare teams with routine clinical tasks.
- Ensure patient comfort, dignity, and privacy at all times.
Required Qualifications:
- Registered Nursing Assistant certification/license as required by local regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.
- Knowledge of patient care practices and healthcare safety standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Physical ability to assist patients with mobility and daily care needs.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, or home healthcare settings.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
- Strong observation and documentation skills.
- Time management and organizational abilities.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
