To support the execution of civil project activities by planning, coordinating, monitoring, and supervising construction, renovation, expansion, and infrastructure development works within the cement plant. The role is responsible for ensuring timely completion of projects, quality compliance, cost optimization, and adherence to safety standards while supporting the plant's operational and expansion requirements.
Vikram Cement is a multi-line integrated cement manufacturing unit with an installed capacity of 3.0 MTPA. The plant operates advanced cement manufacturing technologies supplied by global OEMs and requires continuous infrastructure development, expansion projects, structural maintenance, and modernization activities.
The Civil Projects function plays a critical role in executing capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects, infrastructure development, RCC and structural works, equipment foundations, road construction, drainage systems, building construction, and contractor management while ensuring compliance with statutory and environmental norms.

Execute civil construction projects including plant buildings, equipment foundations, roads, drains, retaining walls, storage structures, and utility infrastructure.

Prepare project schedules, resource requirements, and monitor progress against approved timelines.

Coordinate with Production, Mechanical, Electrical, and Project teams for seamless execution of projects.

Ensure adherence to approved drawings, technical specifications, and project standards.
