About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily retail operations, ensure smooth store functioning, improve customer satisfaction, and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end retail store operations.
* Ensure achievement of operational KPIs and business objectives.
* Monitor inventory management and stock control.
* Optimize store processes and operational efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
* Coordinate with sales, merchandising, and warehouse teams.
* Manage staff scheduling, productivity, and performance.
* Analyze operational reports and implement improvements.
* Ensure excellent customer service standards.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations.
* Experience working with brands such as Zudio, Max, Lifestyle, Reliance Trends, or similar retail chains.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Knowledge of inventory control and retail operations.
* Ability to handle multiple stores or departments is an advantage.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
