About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Accounting Faculty to lead our academic and training activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, ERP Software, and Finance-related subjects, along with proven teaching experience. The candidate will act as a Teaching Lead, ensuring high-quality training delivery and student success.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver classroom and online training in Accounting and Finance-related courses.
* Train students in Financial Accounting, GST, Tally Prime, Zoho Books, MIS Reporting, Advanced Excel, SAP FICO, and related subjects.
* Develop lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and practical exercises.
* Conduct assessments, mock interviews, and student evaluations.
* Provide career guidance and mentorship to students.
* Monitor student performance and ensure successful course completion.
* Lead and coordinate academic activities within the institute.
* Train and support junior faculty members.
* Update course content according to current industry requirements.
* Maintain training quality standards and student satisfaction.
* Collaborate with placement and counselling teams to improve student outcomes.
* Conduct workshops, seminars, and corporate training sessions when required.
Qualification
* M.Com (Mandatory)
* CA Intermediate / CMA Intermediate ( preferred)
* Additional certifications in Accounting, Taxation, SAP, Data Analytics, or ERP systems will be an added advantage.
Experience
* Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or ERP-related subjects.
* Prior experience as a Faculty Lead, Academic Coordinator, Senior Trainer, or Teaching Lead preferred.
* Experience in training students for job-oriented accounting and finance programs.
Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Financial Reporting.
* Practical expertise in Tally Prime, GST, Zoho Books, and MIS Reporting.
* Working knowledge of SAP FICO and ERP systems preferred.
* Excellent presentation and classroom management skills.
* Strong leadership and team management abilities.
* Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
* Ability to simplify complex accounting concepts for students.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and business reporting tools.
