Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete production processes for cosmetics and personal care products.
- Allocate jobs to workers and machines for smooth and efficient workflow.
- Prepare and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR).
- Coordinate with QA for BMR/BPR review and approvals.
- Coordinate with Stores for dispensing of raw and packing materials.
- Monitor daily production progress and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain and uphold quality standards in all manufacturing activities.
- Update status boards for manufacturing and packing lines regularly.
- Train and supervise operators, workers, and line supervisors.
- Monitor consumable usage and implement cost control measures.
- Prepare and distribute finished goods transfer notes.
- Maintain production-related documentation, logbooks, and reports.
- Coordinate with QC for testing, approvals, and result retrieval.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of cosmetics and personal care manufacturing processes.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of GMP, documentation, and compliance standards.
- Effective coordination and communication across departments.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in production within the cosmetics or personal care industry.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
