Position : Accountant cum Inventory Executive
Reporting To :GM Finance & Audit
Location : Crosswindz Office,Ranchi.

What You Will Do
1.Accounts & MIS
- Maintain daily sales and expense entries in Tally.
- Prepare a simple weekly MIS report: units sold, revenue, returns, stock status
- Track vendor payments and ensure invoices are filed and paid on time
- Assist in monthly reconciliation of accounts with the finance team.
2.Stock & Inventory Management
- Track incoming and outgoing stock on a daily basis — ensure counts are always accurate/ Conduct weekly stock reconciliation — match physical count vs system count
- Update stock levels on Unicommerce in real time after every dispatch or receipt
- Flag low-stock situations proactively so we never run out of popular SKUs
- Coordinate with the fulfilment team to ensure smooth stock movement
- Process orders received via Shopify and ensure they are updated correctly on Unicommerce
What We Are Looking For
- Graduate in Commerce / Accounting or related field
- Hands-on experience with Unicommerce or any similar WMS (Warehouse Management System)/ OMS (Order Management System) platform
- Comfortable with Excel — pivot tables, basic formulas, data entry
- Basic understanding of GST, invoicing, and accounts payable/receivable
- Good attention to detail — numbers must always be right
- Proactive communicator — you flag problems before they become crises
Nice to Have
- Experience working with a Shopify-based D2C brand
- Familiarity with Tally or any basic accounting software

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
