Qualifications :
Bachelor / Masters in Civil Engineering
Required Experience: 3 Years – 5 Years
Responsibility: We are recruiting civil engineer with more than 3 years of experience to focus ongoing construction at three locations of the company in Pune.
Government permits, civil, home and corporate interior and other experience required.
Co-ordination with agencies like lift, interior, solar etc.
To handle projects related to office building, factory setup, residential bungalow .
Authorities: Management of vendor order finalisation, specification, bills approval, penalty/ incentive for vendor performance, quality acceptance/ rejection etc.
Candidate should be from Pune location.
