Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate, caring, and dedicated Montessori Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children while following Montessori principles and teaching methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate Montessori activities and lessons.
- Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment.
- Support children's academic, social, emotional, and overall development.
- Observe and understand individual learning needs.
- Maintain classroom discipline using positive teaching methods.
- Communicate with parents regarding children's progress.
- Maintain classroom materials and participate in school activities and events.
Requirements
- Montessori certification or qualification in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Montessori or Kindergarten Teacher preferred.
- Good understanding of Montessori teaching methods and child development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, caring, creative, and enthusiastic approach towards children.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications may also apply.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
