Position Overview
Sada Shiv Freight Solutions Private Limited is seeking a motivated and results-driven US Logistics Freight Broker to join our growing logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing freight movements across the United States, building relationships with carriers and shippers, negotiating rates, and ensuring timely delivery of shipments while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, negotiate, and secure freight transportation services with carriers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with shippers, carriers, and logistics partners.
- Manage the complete freight brokerage cycle from load booking to delivery.
- Negotiate competitive freight rates and maximize profit margins.
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers.
- Resolve transportation issues, delays, and service-related concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, contracts, and communications.
- Utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS), load boards, and logistics software effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and performance targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in US freight brokerage, dispatch, or logistics operations.
- Strong understanding of the US transportation and trucking industry.
- Experience with load boards such as DAT, Truckstop, or similar platforms.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Existing network of carriers and shippers.
- Knowledge of dry van, reefer, flatbed, and specialized freight operations.
- Strong sales and customer service orientation.
- Ability to handle multiple loads and accounts simultaneously.

Salary
Negotiable based on experience and performance.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
