We are looking for a friendly and confident Telecaller cum Receptionist to handle calls, assist visitors, and support day-to-day front desk activities. The candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude. Freshers are welcome to apply.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Attend and assist walk-in visitors and clients
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams
- Maintain basic records and follow-up details
- Support front desk and office communication activities
- Provide information regarding company services and products
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally
Requirements:
- Fresher and experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge preferred
- Presentable, confident, and professional behaviour
- Ability to handle calls and coordinate effectively
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
