- We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with 2+ years of experience to collect, process, and analyze data to help drive strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with data tools, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for business decisions.
- Collect, clean, and validate structured and unstructured data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Write complex SQL queries (joins, subqueries, window functions) to extract and manipulate large datasets.
- Automate recurring reports and optimize data processes to improve efficiency.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to support data-driven strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations) and present insights to stakeholders.
- Possess 2+ years of experience, strong SQL & Advanced Excel skills, knowledge of Python/R, and a solid foundation in statistics and data modeling.
