About the Role
Mass Architect is hiring a Senior Architect with experience in Architectural Design, Working Drawings, Project Coordination, and Site Execution. Candidates with exposure to PMC projects, CIDCO, NAINA developments, residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from concept design to execution.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, working drawings, and presentation documents.
- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, and other consultants.
- Ensure compliance with DCR, building codes, and quality standards.
- Conduct site visits to resolve design and execution issues.
- Deliver projects on time while maintaining design quality.
- Mentor Junior Architects and support client presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
- 2–8 years of architectural design and project execution experience.
- Experience in PMC, CIDCO, NAINA, and township projects is an advantage.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, D5 Render, Enscape, Lumion, Adobe Suite, and MS Office.
- Strong technical detailing, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
